Tutoring & Learning Center (TLC) Administrative Support Team
- Administrative Student Assistants help ensure students experience a welcoming, organized, and accessible TLC. Their work supports appointment scheduling, front-desk services, and operational coordination across learning support programs. - Graduate Assistants for Data and Operations support the TLC's assessment and operational planning by assisting with data collection, analysis, reporting, and coordination across learning support programs. This role helps ensure data-informed decision making and efficient operations that strengthen the student experience of learning support services. Learning Support Programs Team
- Academic coaches support peers in building skills and habits for academic success. Through individualized support, they help students strengthen self-regulation and confidence and may assist with goal setting, time management, study strategies, exam preparation, critical thinking, and navigating campus resources. - Study Session leaders are students who have successfully completed lower-division STEM coursework and facilitate collaborative, peer-to-peer review sessions that reinforce course content and effective learning strategies. For more information, visit the Study Session Leader Employment web page.
